My goals are to create a safe, supportive, and trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients to help assist them in their healing journey. We all have life stories that impact us and make us who we are. I strive to ensure that my clients feel comfortable disclosing their story. Together we will work to identify past and present issues, traumas, core beliefs, negative/irrational thoughts, needs, strengths, and determine specific tailored treatment goals. My passion is to be a continual source of support, advocate, and guidance through the healing process.
