About

I work with children ages birth-6 and their families who are experiencing behavioral/regulation struggles, caregiver-child relationship stressors, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also work with adults experiencing general life, relationship, and/or parenting stressors, and those who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Additionally, I have special interests in supporting those navigating perinatal mental health and with law enforcement officers and their families. I offer compassion, kindness, and understanding through a whole-person, integrative lens that is grounded in attachment, development, and relationships.
