I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and moms who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, self-harm, trauma, and life transitions. One of the most important parts of therapy is building a connection with your therapist and feeling comfortable being your genuine, authentic self in the therapy space. Building and maintaining therapeutic rapport and sense of acceptance is something I strive to provide as a therapist.
