I work best with those ready to explore themselves more deeply and have a willingness to show up curious about your growth. As a trauma-informed therapist, I move at a pace that feels safe for you. Together, we will explore how your past experiences may impact your present, while also helping you build tools to move forward. I am also trained in EMDR and integrated somatic work. These approaches help you feel safe in your body while supported in your relationships and emotions. Through gentle body-based practices and a supportive therapeutic relationship, we can begin to calm your nervous system, reconnect with the wisdom of your body, and create space for healing.
