My approach to therapy begins with the belief that healing is possible and that connection is the foundation of change. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns and Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Interns. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), evidence-based treatments for complex trauma and other painful experiences.
