When working with children and families, I strive to create a safe and empathetic space that celebrates and honors every family's values and journey. Through the use of multiple perspectives and theories, I aim to create a child-centered, trauma informed foundation from which true healing and growth can take place. My therapeutic approach integrates components like attachment theory, trauma theory, systems theory, and mindfulness, aiming for a holistic and guided perspective. Through play with children, we work to process trauma and allow for healing to occur in a way that integrates into the child’s internal and external world view
