I am a dedicated social worker with experience in providing mental health and substance abuse therapy to adults of all ages. Throughout my career thus far, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, and I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and adult families overcome their challenges and achieve their goals while utilizing a strengths-based method which highlights the use of positive and healthy attributes and characteristics each person already possesses. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the complex issues that my clients face.
