My approach as a therapist is focused on creating space for you to be heard and understood, while also providing direction using evidence-based approaches that provide you with skills to navigate difficult life experiences. I use a holistic approach that considers you as a whole person, with an understanding of how the social world, your relationships and your childhood have shaped you into the person you are today. I know that it takes courage to pursue therapy, with this in mind I approach every client with warmth, acceptance, respect and dignity.
