Beginning a mental health journey can often feel terrifying, confusing, or isolating. Like many others, my own mental health journey led me to help individuals navigate these difficult feelings. Many people I work with often feel misunderstood, misheard, or unseen. You may feel that your thoughts, or feelings, are too much to handle alone. Together, we will identify and manage the challenges you are facing to increase confidence, motivation, and your self-esteem. I work with a variety of ages (5-65+) and a variety of backgrounds.
