You're struggling to figure out who you truly are and your place in the world. You're trying to cope the best you can, but the strategies you have now just aren't working. You're ready to sit down and talk to someone to work through these feelings in a judgment-free space. You want to figure out new ways to think about things and approach your difficulties. Well, you're in the right place: I can help! I offer individual therapy to adults 18+. Because I know how hard it is to fit therapy into a 9-5 work schedule, I have afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments available. I take great care to build connection with my clients and to walk with them through their suffering. I will help you figure out how to get un-stuck.
