I am a licensed therapist who has been practicing for almost two years. I have experience working with addictions, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. While I love it all, my favorite thing to work with is anxiety disorders. I have a love for working with kids, making my office a place for all ages. My office is a safe, accepting place, open and welcome to all! Through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based practices, I am here to help you through what you’re going through.
