I originally obtained by BS in Exercise Science, and after several internships in the field the mind-body connection captivated me. Seeking to bridge the gap in my understanding of this intriguing connection, I obtained my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and have been working in this incredible field ever since. I am trained in both Narrative Exposure Therapy and Inner Child Work for treating trauma, in CBT and DBT for treating anxiety and in Integrative Mental Health for treating people from a wholistic perspective.
