Beginning therapy is an act of courage and bravery! As a master's student intern under the supervision of Nicole Delli Paoli, LMHC, MCAP, QS, my ideal client is someone ready to understand themselves more deeply and heal from the patterns that no longer serve them. They may struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, or attachment wounds and long to feel grounded and connected. They want to rebuild trust in themselves, regulate emotions, and create balance in their daily life. I value collaboration and curiosity, tailoring each session to your unique strengths, culture, and lived experiences.
