I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a strong focus on helping both men and women navigate the everyday challenges of anxiety, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with individuals facing substance use, depression, and high-stress roles—including veterans and first responders. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build on their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
