Hi, I’m Kaitlyn. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I work with preteens, teens, and adults facing challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, trauma, and gender or sexual identity exploration. I know how hard it can be to ask for help, so we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and right for you. My approach is compassionate and down-to-earth, combining mindfulness, CBT, narrative therapy, and art therapy techniques with a person-centered focus.
