I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University. I have been trained in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have experience working in a partial hospitalization program as well as intensive outpatient care for crisis stabilization. My experience of working with individuals, families, and groups has allowed me to help support those of all ages with a variety of different backgrounds.
