We do not get to choose all that happens to us along the way but we can choose our path forward. As an individual therapist, I support clients as they process and make meaning from life's experiences, develop or renew their sense of self, and find or redefine purpose. I also enjoy helping clients learn new skills for coping with difficult emotions, changing behaviors, and managing present day challenges. I most often work with adults, those navigating life transitions, individuals experiencing symptoms of depression and/or anxiety, people in recovery from addictions, and those experiencing the impacts of trauma.
