I love to guide people on the road to healing from their trauma by teaching them how to tune into their whole self - mind, body, soul, and spirit - in order to help them find reconnection and restoration. I believe that we all have the potential to heal and reset our lives when provided a safe place to process, reclaim our autonomy, and become empowered.
