Many people I come across throughout my work feel immense relief from the safe and open environment that is provided during our sessions. Many of us unfortunately come from backgrounds in which therapy is looked at in a negative light. I have found that sometimes many of us can get overwhelmed with life, and just need a safe space to get our thoughts together. That safe space is what I strive to provide to my clients. I take a psychoanalytic approach to therapy, and help clients connect the past to the present.
