I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a Master's of Social Work from San Diego State University. My specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma, immigration, cultural issues, crisis intervention, and grief/loss. I use a lot of CBT and EMDR as my therapeutic approach. I'm EMDR trained and very close to being certified. I like to use different approaches to tailor to my client's needs and preferences.
