Welcome! I have over 20 years of experience working in the field of psychiatry, and providing psychotherapy to adults who struggle with mental illness and overall life challenges. I completed my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology at Trinity College, and my Master of Social Work Degree at Hunter College-CUNY. I have trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Strength-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I enjoy collaborating with clients to help identify patterns of thoughts, and how they impact behaviors which are not serving them well. We then strive towards changing these patterns together!
