Welcome! I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical in the state of Maryland and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Georgia, with over 10 years of diverse experience. My career has been developed working with youth and their families, as well as adults with both mental health and addiction. In my approach to individual therapy, I utilize treatment methods such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation, as well as Solution-Focused and Strengths Perspectives to provide healthy coping skills for symptoms of depression, anxiety, attention deficit, and conduct disorders. In our first session, you will have the opportunity to learn more about me as a therapist and my therapeutic style. During the session, we will dive into what led you to book an appointment. I will also learn more about your therapy goals and expectations, as well as what you envision therapy will look like.
