Deciding to participate in counseling and finding a therapist in general can be a daunting task for many. It can bring up many fears and anxieties even before you make that next step of reaching out to someone or entering their office. I know this feeling, and my goal is to help you feel heard, seen, safe, valued, and supported as you cope with changes and traumas in life. I seek to assist you with developing skills that will help with present situations and situations you may encounter in the future. I desire to meet you wherever you are and care for you enough not to leave you there. I am also informed in Play Therapy as well as Trauma-informed care. I have worked extensively with teens and children to help them develop useful skills early in life and with adults to heal past and present wounds.
