Providing Individual Therapy for adults who seek help for Mental Health concerns or those experiencing Addiction and feel ready for Recovery. I help teens (ages 14+) navigate and deal with developmental pressures, mental health conditions, and emotional stress. My passion is helping others realize their self-worth in order to develop meaningful lives. I enjoy working with clients who feel lost and would benefit from a supportive person to help improve self-esteem and realize their full potential. Help is available for anyone in GA experiencing Addiction and working toward Recovery, or who may be coping with Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, and life stressors. My practice also provides services for Codependency and Trauma as well as support for family members worried about a loved one. Sessions available in-person or online and are confidential.
