Hi there, my name is Meera, although I go by Kali. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and use an integrative approach for issues with emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment/relationship issues, and parenting struggles. I use an approach that combines Object Relations, Somatic, and Internal Family Systems. I am informed by the Yogic framework and incorporate elements of mindfulness in order to develop awareness and resolve emotional hurdles.
