Due to my background in crisis intervention, I have experience working with a variety of concerns, allowing me to better serve clients through many stages & transitions in life. I strive to maintain a practice that is LGBTQIA+ inclusive, sex & kink positive, poly & CNM affirmative, HAES aligned, fat positive, pagan-friendly, & neuroaffirming while striving towards anti-racism & decolonizing my practice. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the connections between mind, body, & spirit to aid folks in releasing any barriers preventing them from experiencing joy and pleasure in everyday life. I embrace a strengths-based eclectic methodology, integrating diverse psychotherapies and complementary holistic modalities tailored to meet your unique needs.
