Navigating life transitions, trauma, spiritual harm, abuse, and relational ruptures can be overwhelmingly disheartening, isolating, and disorienting. Often resulting in severe mental and physical distress. However, you do not have to navigate this pain, find healing, or begin rebuilding your life alone. Having my own difficult experiences with transition, religious trauma, and mental health I understand the complexity, isolation, and devastating impact of these events. While it can feel overwhelming, there is hope. Through the relational therapeutic process healing, transformation, and purpose can be realized once again.
