I believe that you are the expert on your own life and your greatest resource for healing. As your therapist, my strengths-based approach incorporates elements of mindfulness, self-compassion, and inner critic work. My goal is to meet clients where they are at, welcoming and honoring them as a whole person. I value honesty, humor, and humility within the therapeutic relationship, as well as connection, creativity, and collaboration. We will do the hard stuff but will also have a lot of laughs along the way!
