Everyone deserves a safe, judgement free space to be able to unpack those thoughts and feelings to make sense of them. My passion is empowering adults to heal from their trauma, whether it be from childhood or recent. I have experience in working with adults who struggle with trauma, anxiety, codependence, attachment difficulties, addictions, and personality disorders.
