I believe everyone has a story. It is uniquely theirs; and it is important and life-transforming for another person to bear witness to that story. It is in the nonjudgmental and compassionate spaces that persons are able to transform their lived experiences into reachable life goals. My role as a therapist is to support you in finding your inner strength to weave together the threads of your story. I engage with individuals, couples, and families to do the inner work that is necessary for life transformation.
