Please note: Currently I only have two telehealth session available at either 1pm or 2pm on Tuesdays... I work with my clients to understand their concerns holistically and to help find solutions that will improve their lives. I have experience with adults and teens going through life transitions, anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, grief, job transitions, relationship issues, pet bereavement, trauma and managing chronic pain.
