I have nearly 2 decades of experience treating BIPOC adults, children, and families. These individuals and families have experiences trauma, foster care, and a variety of mental health issues such as PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, Behavioral issues, family issues, and relationship and life issues. What gives these individuals and families success is having a desire for healing, change, and growth. It also takes willingness to collaborate with their therapist and to try the suggestions being offered.
