Life can be hard at times. From balancing jobs, school, relationships, and everything else in between, it can difficult to make the time to empower and heal ourselves. I strive to create a space space where individuals can feel supported and heard to help them thrive. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults with areas of interest in anxiety, stress, burnout, and attachment and relationship struggles. I have specific experience working closely with schools, elementary aged children, emotional regulation, and a background in women and gender studies.
