We often come to therapy when we feel stuck and want to shift how we feel, relate, or move through the world. I work predominantly with teens and adults using therapeutic approaches that combine skill-building and personal exploration. We will be a good fit together if you are experiencing significant life changes, if you are feeling confused or stuck, and if you want to break free from patterns that are limiting you from living the life you want to lead. Together, we can work on understanding emotions, managing anxiety, building self-esteem, and creating purposeful relationships using an approach that uniquely fits you.
