I provide a safe environment for individuals to do difficult therapeutic work. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and addictive disorders. I have also developed expertise in treating those suffering from co-occurring substance abuse and mental health issues. My clients have benefited from my individualized and integrated treatment approaches. I have been successful in utilizing a combination of CBT, DBT, and other mindfulness-based approaches to address difficult issues.
