Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re a child struggling with emotions, a teen feeling disconnected, a parent facing daily stressors, or an adult navigating grief, anxiety, or big life changes. I am a Licensed Social Worker with more than two decades of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, and families through periods of emotional difficulty and change. I provide a calm, supportive space where clients can feel understood and empowered to explore what's holding them back and build tools for lasting change. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and draws from CBT and DBT approaches.
