Kara enjoys at working with a diverse group of clientele.She especially connects easily with teens, as well as adults. She specializes in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Meeting the client where they are is her motto. She has experience working with clients that have had weight loss surgery and the effects that surgery can have on everyday life and relationships. Kara also has a passion for working with athletes who are struggling with the pressure of being a student athlete or transitioning out of sports due to injury. She enjoys working with couples and families to create stronger bonds.
