I enjoy working with clients who have experienced trauma, specifically relational trauma. It is rewarding to help clients understand how their attachment style was formed, how it impacts them as adults, and how to develop healthier ways of relating in this world. I specialize in treating trauma and eating disorders. My therapy is built on an Internal Family Systems model. I believe it is important to recognize what parts were developed to help you survive, and then also see and heal the wounded parts of us that we had to push away. All parts are welcome!
