Welcome! Glad you are here! I am so passionate about helping mothers walk through the postpartum challenges that come along with motherhood. In addition to all of this, I offer parent counseling to promote connection and confidence in the parenting relationship. My approach is relational, evidence-informed, and grounded in empathy. I am so passionate about what I do & I will always offer a comfortable, non-judgmental and collaborative approach to help my clients heal at their own pace. I use evidence-based, carefully chosen methods tailored to each individual client. I provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space to explore thoughts and emotions. I also work to help my clients develop coping strategies that foster healing and growth.
