Choosing a counselor can feel like a daunting task, and having a counseling experience built on trust and safety is paramount. I work to ensure that my clients feel as though they have a partnership within the counseling setting as they work to meet their goals. As a counselor, I work to help my clients maintain stability and safety, while encouraging growth and development. This is achieved through mindfulness techniques, strengthening the mind-body connection, and cognitive-behavioral techniques, among other things. I recognize that each client has unique needs and I work to help meet those needs on an individual basis.
