I help adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, rumination, panic, depression, trauma (C-PTSD/PTSD), ADHD, and chronic pain (like headaches or back pain) find relief and reconnect with themselves. Many of my clients grew up with emotionally immature, critical, neglectful, or self-involved parents, feel pressure to be perfect or “good,” and are outwardly successful but inwardly suffering. I also specialize in therapy for narcissistic abuse, codependency, relationship anxiety/R-OCD, relationship trauma, and recovery from high-control or religious environments.
