I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts with over 25 years of experience in medical social work and psychotherapy. I’m also a Board-Certified Bariatric Counselor and Poetry Therapist. I provide individual therapy (holistic focus), poetry therapy, and bariatric psychological evaluations and support. I use an eclectic variety of therapeutic approaches, individualized to your needs, goals, and strengths. These may include mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, journaling, positive psychology, meditation, somatic techniques, and solution-focused work.
