Welcome! My name is Kara Karp and I hold a license in mental health counseling. I primarily specialize in the treatment of ADHD, mood, and anxiety disorders that stem from normal life stress to more chronic clinical presentations such as major depressive disorder (MDD) or generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). I am of the belief that every person, regardless of what brings them to therapy, requires their own specialized plan of care. With this in mind, we will work together to implement a cognitive behavioral approach (commonly referred to as CBT) to your treatment plan.
