Most of the individuals I work with might be feeling overwhelmed—by intense emotions, struggles with self-acceptance or body confidence, feeling caught between identities, or navigating difficult relationships. You maybe feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, feeling isolated, ashamed, afraid, or just unsure of where to go next. If this resonates with you, you're not alone—and you don't have to figure it all out by yourself. In therapy, we’ll work together to better understand what’s happening for you, reconnect with your values, and build the tools and insight you need to move forward. My goal is to support you in reclaiming your sense of peace, strength, and self. I have experience supporting individuals with a variety of life experiences, including those exploring or living in ethically non-monogamous relationships, people navigating identity exploration (including LGBTQIA+ identities), and those living with borderline personality.
