People come to therapy because they want to change something. The following is how I typically help people change. I start with a thorough intake. Once I have an understanding, we will create a strategy to provide relief. I will also be listening for patterns to help you address questions, such as; How do I end up here all of the time?, or, Why can’t I find another way to cope? I will get curious about your mindset, as well as, which relationships or experiences have shaped your mindset. This exploration into self-awareness becomes the foundation for long lasting change in your life.
