Life's experiences can lead to overwhelming feelings of anxiety, depression, loneliness, guilt, shame, and anger which can impact your relationships and your success at school or work. Through my kind, compassionate, person-centered approach, we will quickly create a sense of therapeutic safety and trust to help you gain your own insights and empowerment for change. It is my privilege to be part of your therapeutic journey. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities to meet your individual therapeutic needs including EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, Internal Family Systems approach, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Attachment trauma and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). We will work together to create a plan that is right for you.
