I specialize in helping teens, young adults, adults, and seniors find their footing during challenging transitions. You won't find fancy therapy terms or complicated coping skills here. Instead, we'll focus on practical, real-life strategies that fit your day-to-day routine. I specialize in supporting those impacted by addictive behaviors, really including problematic coping skills in general. But also feel like a generalist at heart. My style is straightforward and empathetic. I'm warm and friendly but I'm not afraid to use humor and a bit of sarcasm to help bring perspective.
