Healing begins with acceptance. Inspired by the words of American Psychologist Carl Rogers — “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change” — I offer a supportive, empathetic space for teens (13+) and adults to explore their experiences without judgment. My philosophy is to “work myself out of a job” by empowering you to build awareness, learn balance, and sustain meaningful change. I integrate therapeutic tools that support you in understanding your thoughts and feelings without judgment, strengthening your ability and confidence in regulating your emotions, and connecting your choices to your values.
