I work with adults to support them in effectively managing and addressing stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, perinatal mental health, and other mental health concerns. I aim to build trusting therapeutic relationships with my clients to facilitate direct and honest communication. I offer a space to feel understood, grounded, and more like themselves again. I believe that therapy can be beneficial to anyone! I am currently prioritizing perinatal clients due to limited providers in the area. I am trained in Family Centered Treatment, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I utilize a strength-based and trauma-informed approach when working with all of my clients. I specialize in working with complex trauma and grief.
