Hi there, I'm Karambir! Welcome you to my practice! I use a variety of techniques when working with clients, but I do not use everything I know in every session with every client. Therapy is unique to each individual, and the most important technique I use is taking time to get to know you and your concerns and why they are concerns for you when they might not be for someone else.
